近日，增芯科技董事会完成新一届管理团队的任命。此次调整是公司从建设期向运营期迈进的关键一步，新团队将更加专业化、国际化，肩负起实现公司新战略定位的重要使命。
公司董事会同时向成功卸任的张亮先生、谢庆敏先生表示衷心感谢，在公司建设期，两位总经理带领团队攻坚克难，完成了产线建设、技术积累与首批客户导入等关键任务，为公司发展奠定了坚实基础。
新一届管理团队在半导体制造、战略运营、技术研发、全球商务、财务管理等领域拥有深厚的专业积累与丰富的产业经验，将有力推动增芯科技12英寸MEMS智能传感器及特色工艺晶圆制造产线的技术升级与产业化进程，夯实公司在集成电路领域的制造底座。新团队将秉持“诚信、创新、协作、透明、信任”的核心价值观，以客户为中心，提供卓越服务，致力于打造一个代表中国制造、具有全球竞争力的增芯。

总经理 KC Ang 先生是半导体制造领域的资深专家，拥有超40年行业经验，曾担任格罗方德亚洲区总裁、中国区董事长，主导多家国际晶圆厂的高良率量产与运营升级，将为增芯注入国际化视野与卓越的制造管理能力。
联席总经理 Marco Maria Monti 深耕汽车电子领域逾30年，曾执掌意法半导体汽车业务，将其打造为年营收超90亿美元的行业标杆，未来将牵头增芯全球业务拓展，主导战略产品与技术布局。
在董事会的领导下，这个兼具产业深度、国际视野与创业激情的核心团队，将坚定推动增芯科技实现“全球领先的12英寸MEMS智能传感器及特色工艺晶圆制造厂”的战略目标，为全球汽车、工业、新能源与人工智能等领域客户提供高质量晶圆制造赋能，携手产业伙伴共同书写中国半导体自主创新的新篇章。
Recently, the Board of Directors of ZENSEMI completed the appointment of its new management team. This adjustment marks a crucial step as the company transitions from its construction phase to its operational phase. The new team, with a stronger focus on professionalism and internationalization, is tasked with fulfilling the company’s new strategic positioning.
The Board of Directors also expresses its sincere gratitude to Tom Zhang and Mr. Xie, who have successfully stepped down from their roles as GM. During the company’s construction phase, these two leaders guided the team through numerous challenges, accomplishing critical tasks such as production line construction, technology accumulation, and the onboarding of initial customers, thereby laying a solid foundation for the company’s development.
The new management team brings deep professional expertise and extensive industry experience across semiconductor manufacturing, strategic operations, technology R&D, global business, and financial management. This strength will effectively drive the technological upgrade and industrialization process of ZENSEMI’s 12-inch MEMS intelligent sensor and specialty process wafer manufacturing line, solidifying the company’s role as a manufacturing foundation within the integrated circuit sector.

GM KC Ang is a seasoned expert in semiconductor manufacturing with over 40 years of industry experience. Having served as President of GlobalFoundries Asia and Chairman of GlobalFoundries China, he has led high-yield mass production and operational upgrades across multiple international wafer fabs. He will bring an international perspective and outstanding manufacturing management capabilities to ZENSEMI.
Co-GM Marco Maria Monti has over 30 years of experience in the automotive electronics sector, having led STMicroelectronics’ automotive business and built it into an industry benchmark with annual revenues exceeding $9 billion. Moving forward, he will spearhead ZENSEMI’s global business expansion and lead the strategic product and technology roadmap.
Under the leadership of the Board of Directors, this core team—combining deep industry expertise, global vision, and entrepreneurial drive—will steadfastly advance ZENSEMI’s strategic goal of becoming a “world-leading 12-inch MEMS intelligent sensor and specialty process wafer manufacturer.” They will empower customers across the global automotive, industrial, new energy, and artificial intelligence sectors with high-quality wafer manufacturing solutions, working alongside industry partners to write a new chapter in the independent innovation of China’s semiconductor industry.
